How to increase the battery life on yacht

      Actually the battery of yacht is not maintain generally, but battery is a service life.How to extend the service life of the yacht with battery and battery effect is a problem.

      You can through the following factor increase the battery life.

1.Keep the battery charge full. So that can make battery keep long service life.
2.At least every 30 days check a battery.
3.Regular cleaning battery joint and the wiring harness.
4.Check whether the battery cable terminal reliable connection. After use hand tightening ,the terminal nut tighten 1/4 turn by the wrench .
5.Check the battery pack of each battery electrolyte capacity. The electrolyte capacity liquid surface should be in scale line above. If liquid surface below the calibration, needing distilled water until the electrolyte achieve adequate capacity value. Beware the electrolyte of overflow with a battery box.
6.when the battery charging will be stored in a cool, dry place.
7.Using liquid hydrometer or voltmeter checked  battery power every three months.
8.If the proportion of less than 1.225 or voltage is lower than 12.4, you are required to give battery.
