3. with 500V megger check the motor insulation resistance, its resistance value is less than 50MΩ, the application of the drying method or short-circuit current method for drying, so that the insulation resistance greater than 5 MΩ.

4. ventilation fans must be equipped with a small explosion-proof switch the power switch or ordinary switch installed in outdoor non-explosive dangerous place.

6. the assembly should ensure explosion-proof gap is less than 0.2mm, replace the motor bearings, grease, grease grades ZG-2H compound calcium-based Run.

7. the non-terminal part of the explosion-proof motor is not disassemble, wiring, open the cover of the terminal room, penetration leads to terminals connected, covered with a lid tighten the screw so that the explosion-proof surface gap is less than 0.2mm, then tighten the outlet, so that leads can not traverse. Note: When installing, pay attention to explosion-proof surface, flameproof surface of the assembly shall be painted in the 204-1 anti-rust grease. 8. using ventilation fans should always clean up dust and other accumulations in motor, so as not to affect the heat.

9. re-use of long-term unused ventilation fans shall be specified and then check it again, after appropriate before use.
