Ventilation fans motor not functioning properly

1.Key switch reed lost flexibility: the important thing switch lost its elasticity, causing the phenomenon of the keys in the process of operation of the poor contact, this time will be to replace the key switch, the fan will be able to normal operation.
2.The motor power cord connection is bad: this time only need to re- welding the motor power cord, you can rest assured that troubleshooting.
3.The exhaust fan motor start capacitor link with poor contact:
Check the start capacitor connection, this time only need to re-welding start about capacitors, and connect or replace the connection of the start capacitor.
There is also a much more serious problem is that, after the motor start key is pressed, the green LED is not lit. Measured by the Almighty table 12V supply voltage whether normal without the 12V supply voltage, and then check the low voltage rectifier filter circuit as well as about the original for damage, if component damage, would be more bad damage to the components, then re-check the 220V AC power whether the access key switch automatic transmission is damaged or poor contact. If the above examinations showed no abnormality, you should take off the green LED indicator tube, examine the green LED indicator tube, if damaged, it should be worse, the green light indicator tube.
